CR Creative Services (CRCS), a Los Angeles-based decorative arts logistics and storage company, was acquired by a local family office. CRCS retained Dave Richards of Keystone Business Advisors to target buyers and manage the sale process of its business. CRCS is a niche, high-touch transportation business providing a full range of logistic services tailored specifically to the nation’s top interior designers and high-end clients for antiques, fine art, furniture, and high-end custom items. Services include transportation, storage, shipping, furniture, and custom art installation, receiving and crating.
“The CRCS management team had developed a state-of-the-art custom software system designed to provide customers a complete photo library for every item being stored as well as a complete inventory management system with GPS tracking and a phone app where items can be processed anywhere in the field. CR Creative Services was founded in 2000 by Carlos Rittner. Within a few years, the company had a who’s who list of LA decorators and celebrity clients. By 2004, the Company created a storage services segment and developed the first photography inventory web-based system on the west coast. In 2013, the storage division exploded adding a new storage building almost every year. The company has grown to over100 employees, a large fleet of transportation vehicles and five storage locations in Southern California.
