Alinea had retained Dave Richards, President of Keystone Business Advisors, as its M&A advisor to target “best-fit” strategic buyers and manage and negotiate the sale process alongside its legal and tax advisors. Keystone had represented Alinea two years prior in acquiring Inner Images Services, Inc. and Mobile Mammography Screening, Inc. making Alinea Medical Imaging the largest provider of mobile digital mammography in the state of California.
