Lutz is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and holds a license from the California Department of Real Estate.
With proven success in a wide range of business areas, Lutz has a track record of designing scientifically proven growth and organizational change solutions that are strategic, sustainable and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Lutz has successfully established European-based companies in the USA and has worked with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms on international and domestic merger & acquisition projects.
Before joining Keystone Business Advisors, he worked as CEO and COO in the electronics, telecommunication and automotive industries.
Education
Lutz holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from a German university. He earned a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) from Exit Planning Institute (EPI) and holds a license with the California Department of Real Estate.
