Joyce A. Brykman CPA, based in Los Angeles Country, is a full-service accounting firm serving clients nationwide. Joyce Brykman, owner of the firm, started the practice in 1982 and was looking to transition to retirement. She retained Dave Richards, President and M&A Broker of Keystone Business Advisors, located in Westlake Village, CA, to find a suitable buyer to take over the practice. Dave was able to identify another CPA, Yoel Kopeliovich, who left a Big 4 accounting firm a few years earlier to start his own practice, Fintegrity Group. The acquisition of Joyce A. Brykman CPA enable Joel to quickly expand his client base as well as secure a talented and experienced accounting staff. Joyce liked the fact that Yoel had a similar approach in working with clients which provided her confidence that a smooth transition would ensue.
