As you can image, a critical element to selling a business is doing so in a discrete and confidential manner. We will not disclose any confidential information without receiving both the Confidentiality Agreement and Buyer Profile completed. There will be some instances where sellers have requested us to obtain Financial Statements from prospective buyers before providing any information as well. Your KeyStone Business Broker will let you know if a Financial Statement is needed.

(Make sure to indicate the description of the business you are inquiring about as well as the name of the business broker you are working with.)

Buyer Profile Form
(The Individual Buyer Profile Form should be completed in addition to the confidentiality agreement by a buyer who is looking to purchase a business as an individual or under a new business entity which has not yet been formed.  Make sure to complete all contact and relevant information to ensure that we focus on businesses that have the greatest chance of being the best fit for you.)

Corporate Buyer Profile Form
(The Corporate Buyer Profile Form should be completed in addition to the confidentiality agreement by a strategic or industry buyer who will be purchasing a company under an existing business entity.  All strategic buyers need to disclose the company they represent prior to receiving confidential information regarding a particular business.  Make sure to complete all contact and relevant information to ensure that we focus on businesses that have the greatest chance of being the best fit for you.)
